Introduction: Welcome to the “Artique” store for luxury home accessories. This agreement governs your use of the website and all services and products provided through it. Please read these terms carefully before you start using the site. By using the site or purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge your full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions. This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

• “The Customer” or “The User”: Refers to the individual or entity visiting the site or purchasing products.
• “Products”: Refers to the goods offered for sale on the site (homeware, antiques, accessories, etc.).

2. Legal Capacity and Account:

• The user acknowledges that they possess full legal capacity to contract (18 years and above), or that they are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• The customer is committed to providing accurate and correct data (name, address, phone number) and bears responsibility for any delay resulting from inaccurate data.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login data (username and password) is the sole responsibility of the customer, and any activity performed through the account is considered issued by the customer.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

• All content included on the site, including texts, designs, logos, button icons, images, and audio clips, is the exclusive property of Artique and is protected by local and international copyright and trademark laws.
• It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Artique management.

4. Products and Availability:

• We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee an exact match of colors due to differences in screen settings and lighting.
• All orders are subject to product availability in stock. In the event that stock runs out after an order is placed, we will notify the customer and provide them with the choice to wait, replace the product, or receive a full refund.

5. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability:

• The customer agrees to indemnify Artique, its officers, and employees for any losses or damages arising from their violation of these terms.
• The store shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the site or the inability to use it.

6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:

• These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of these terms.

7. Amendments:

• We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time to comply with legal or operational changes. Amendments become effective immediately upon being posted on the site, and your continued shopping constitutes your agreement to them.
