Order Cancellation by the Customer:
Before Shipping: The customer can cancel the order free of charge at any time as long as the order status is still “Processing” and has not yet been handed over to the shipping company. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
After Shipping: If the order has been handed over to the shipping company and the status has changed to “Shipped,” it cannot be technically cancelled within the system. The customer must receive the order and then submit a “Return” request in accordance with our Return Policy. In this case, shipping costs (round-trip) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone and provide us with the order number to verify its status and take the necessary action.
Cancellation by Artique: We reserve the right to cancel an order from our side in the following cases, with a commitment to refund the full amount to the customer:
Product unavailability in stock discovered after the order is completed.
A technical error in the product’s pricing or description on the website.
Inability to obtain payment authorization from the credit card or failure of the payment process.
Suspicion of a fraudulent or illegal order.
Inability to reach the customer’s address or the customer’s non-responsiveness to contact attempts by delivery companies for more than 3 times.
