Delivery policy and method

At Artique, we are proud of our strong and reliable logistics network that ensures your luxury collectibles reach your doorstep safely and quickly anywhere within the United Arab Emirates.

Coverage Areas:
We deliver to all Emirates across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery time depends on your geographical location and the time of order confirmation:

• Dubai & Abu Dhabi: Express delivery within 24 – 48 working hours.
• Other Emirates: Delivery within 2 – 4 working days.

Important Note:
Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery times may be slightly affected during major promotion periods (such as White Friday) or extreme weather conditions.

Delivery Cost:
The delivery cost appears clearly and automatically at checkout before payment. The cost is fixed for most urban areas and may vary for remote locations or oversized/heavy shipments.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a text message or email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment status directly with the delivery company.

Receipt Procedures:

• Signature: Your electronic or paper signature may be required upon receipt as legal proof of delivery.
• Product Inspection: Due to the nature of our products (decor, glass, and sensitive accessories), we kindly request customers to visually inspect the package upon receipt. If there is any visible damage or if the box is open, please do not accept the delivery, note the issue with the courier, and contact us immediately.

Absence:
The shipping company will attempt to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If there is no response or absence at the agreed location, the shipment may be returned to the store, and the customer will be responsible for the delivery fees for a second attempt.
