At Artique, we are keen to provide products of exceptional quality and unique designs. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we have established a clear and fair return and exchange policy.
  1. Timeframe:
  • Return: A return and refund request can be made as follows: 1. You can inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative; in case of rejection, the product is returned and shipping fees are charged to the customer. 2. In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product and within 3 days from the date of receipt only.
  • Exchange: An exchange for another product can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  1. Conditions for Accepting Returns/Exchanges: For the request to be approved, the following conditions must be strictly met:
  • The product must be in its absolute original condition (unused, uninstalled, and free of any scratches).
  • Original packaging (box, protective materials, stickers, and any accessories) must be in sound condition.
  • Attaching the original purchase invoice or the electronic order number.
  • Products that have been custom-made at the customer’s request are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  1. Refund Mechanism:
  • Credit Cards: The amount is returned to the same card used within 7-14 business days (the duration depends on the policy of the card-issuing bank).
  • Cash on Delivery: The amount is refunded as a balance in the store’s electronic wallet for use in future purchases, or via bank transfer/electronic wallet (Zain Cash/Orange Money) after deducting delivery fees.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
  • If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Artique bears all shipping and return costs, and the customer is compensated with a new product or a full refund without any deduction.
  • Any damage resulting from shipping must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of receiving the order to ensure your rights.
  1. Shipping Fees:
  • In cases of returns resulting from a “change of mind” without a defect in the product, the customer bears the shipping costs (back and forth) and any cash on delivery fees, if any.
