Prices of products and services

Transparency and credibility are the foundation of our transactions at Artique. The following is our pricing and fees policy to ensure there are no hidden costs:

1. Product Pricing:

• Currency: All prices displayed on the store are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
• Taxes: Announced prices are final and include sales tax in accordance with Jordanian laws, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
• Price Stability: The price confirmed at the time of order is the final price binding for both the customer and the store. It is not affected by any future changes (increases or decreases) that may occur on the website after the purchase is completed.

2. Service Fees (Delivery):

• Delivery fees are not included in the displayed product price; they are added and calculated separately on the “Checkout” page based on the customer’s geographical area and the volumetric weight of the shipment.
• We may offer free shipping for orders that exceed a certain value. These offers will be clearly indicated in the top bar of the website when available.

3. Offers and Discounts:

• Discount coupons are valid for a limited period and cannot be used after their expiration date.
• The store reserves the right to modify prices at any time in response to global market variables and import costs, without any liability toward previously delivered orders.

4. Pricing Errors:

• Despite our extreme care and continuous review, unintended pricing errors may occur. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price displayed at the time of purchase, we will contact you for your approval before shipping, or we will cancel the order and refund the amount, with an apology for the error.
