    Delivery Timeframes:<\/b> Delivery duration depends on your geographical location and the time of order confirmation:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Amman (The Capital):<\/b> Express delivery within 24 – 48 working hours<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Other Governorates:<\/b> Delivery within 2 – 4 working days<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Important Note:<\/b> Fridays and official holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery times may be slightly affected during major promotional periods (such as White Friday) or extreme weather conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Delivery Cost:<\/b> The delivery cost is displayed clearly and automatically upon checkout and before payment. The cost is fixed for most areas within the capital and may vary for remote areas or exceptionally heavy shipments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Order Tracking:<\/b> Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a text message or an email containing a Tracking Number<\/b> and a link to track the shipment status directly with the delivery company.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Signature:<\/b> An electronic or physical signature may be required upon receipt as legal proof of delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Product Inspection:<\/b> Due to the nature of our products (decor, glass, and delicate accessories), we kindly ask the customer to visually inspect the package upon receipt. In the event of obvious breakage or an open box, please do not accept the delivery, make a note with the courier, and contact us immediately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Unavailability:<\/b> The shipping company will attempt to contact you to coordinate a delivery time.
